  7. AwebEd will auto-configure, and should run happily from anywhere on
  8. your system.  Remember to keep AWebEd within it's directory.  Some
  9. of the directories must NOT be renamed - these are listed in the
  10. accompanying "Readme!!" file.

  12. If you have AWeb, simply run AWeb as you normally would start it.
  13.  AWebEd will be able to "talk" to it via it's Arexx port.  AWebEd is
  14. configured by default to use only port "AWEB.1"; i.e., the port for
  15. the first AWeb browser window.  It is possible to alter this so that
  16. AWebEd will talk to any AWeb window.  This is achieved by use of
  17. AMAL .

  19. If you use another browser, things are slightly more tricky.  If
  20. your browser has an Arexx port and supports some commands then you
  21. will be able to use AWebEd to control your browser.  Check your
  22. browser documentation for details on it's Arexx support.  It is then
  23. possible to alter AwebEd's behaviour with use of AMAL .

  25. You should now be ready to progress to " FORMATTING a document "
